In tools menu press Human Resources Module. In this module all system user and school teachers will be saved.

All system users will have access rights configured in this module. User can have access only to specific modules and specific function on those modules. Just mark the desired acces right in the corresponding module row in the access right grid.

Teachers can be system users with specific access rights. If a user is a teacher it must be specified in the Job Position fields.

The system will use the job position discriminate between teachers and other system users

To add a user/teacher just press the add button and enter user/teacher name and related demographic information. Press save to keep the information.

You can enter a username and password if the user/teacher will have to access the system.To add a password use the Set Password button.
