In this page you can configure the grades scheme for each course.

Courses/Classes can use different grades schemes and grades scheme can be changed at any time (Remember that if you change a grade scheme and a grade value is already entered, that grade value can be ignored or used depending of the new grade scheme).

The system will have a default grade scheme  of  Trimester1,Trimester2, Average, Trimester3, Trimester4, Average, Final Grade.

To define a new grade scheme just press the add button, enter a name for scheme and start adding column with related properties and formulas.  
Each row in the bottom grid will represent a column in the Grades data entry form. The column properties like column name, type of data entry and formulas can be configured in each row of the bottom grid in this form.
For example if you choose to view only the first column in the data entry grades form you can leave the not visible property unchecked in the first row and check all the others.

Mathematical Formulas are used to define grades averages and final grades. Formulas will use other columns values to create averages or other matematical operations. System user cannot enter information in the formula column. To allow user data entry the column/record must be marked with User Input.

Marks can be changed, deleted or have any kind of numerical values or configurations.
