Course/Classes Setup

In this section all classes and courses can be configured.
A course can have 1 to 100 classes. When you add a course in the student class section you can add all the classes related or just the one you select. The course will have a related grades scheme, a cost, and  a sequence related to other courses.

For example:  

The system will use this information to update all students to the following grade during the year end process.  

To create a new course just press add course and enter the course name, unique id, starting date, cost and related information. Course id must be unique and can be verified during the adding process pressing the check id button.
The starting course date is important for reports filtering and to determine the students school year. Each new year the starting date should be updated.
The course cost includes all the classes cost and it can be changed when the course is being assigned to the student.

To add classes to a course just select the course and press add class button. The class will be associated to this course. To add a class other related fields must be added like, sections, teacher, max students, classroom etceteras.  

To add sections just select a class and press add section button. A new record will be added allowing teacher, max students and classroom information to be entered.

All classes properties can be changed in this table or can be changed for all the student already enrolled in that class.
